Smetanka Park Olomouc

Smetanka Park is a development project in Olomouc, covering approximately forty thousand square meters of floor space, divided between residential and commercial areas. The project is expected to include around 450 to 500 apartments across four buildings, located within walking distance – about one kilometer – from the railway station. The underground levels will feature parking spaces, storage units, and retail areas, such as shops and cafés. The project is situated in Olomouc, the sixth most populous city in the Czech Republic. It lies north of the city center, near the Tovární Street.
