Logistics Park Týniště II. and III.

The first phase of this project in Týniště and Orlicí was successfully finished in 2020 and is fully rented to Cataler, a member of the Toyota Group. This was followed by an expansion of the project by building two more logistics halls, providing twenty-six thousand square meters of modern warehouse and industrial space, bringing the park’s total leasable area to approximately forty thousand square meters. The new halls are built in accordance with the latest ESG standards. By utilizing advanced technologies, they are designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Both buildings are targeting international BREEAM certification. The project was completed in the summer of 2022.
